Let me tell you about enemy’s in the family. My grandmother had a multimillion dollar home that was supposed to go to her three children. (My mom, aunt and uncle) Literally while my grandmother was on her death bed my uncle convinced her to change the will and leave the house to her. She did and less than a year later he lost the house after he took out loans. I can’t get over it because the house should still be in the family. I don’t even go to that area anymore. His life was hell after what he did.
I’m glad Heavy daughter mom was allowed to take over managing his estate she will be more fair to their daughter than his brother who was lookin for a free ride

I was sitting right in front of the TV when he came out on stage and it truly was one of the top 3 moments in the program's history. How convenient? Heavy's original will was no longer to be "found" and Floyd's "will" didn't even have Heavy's daughter in it. I'm sure Heavy would have wanted his daughter to be well taken care of. This was some Nikki from The Bodyguard mess. The jealous older sibling taking advantage of his dead brother's estate.
So Floyd his brother said that losing his brother was like being in a bad dream. Sure it was, but not for him but for the family, friends and fans that loved him. That clown spent money that Heavy D would have wanted to go to his daughter. God don't like ugly or greed. RIP Heavy D.
Heavy was my boy!! Had no idea that Chef Lafaso was his baby's mother. Broke my heart when he passed away he was a great rapper and he could dance his ass off!! Rest in peace Heavy!!❤❤

@@TheTillmanSneakerReview No he didn’t he got greedy.
Facts... I concur same thing happened when my Mother passed away... Heirs R next in line... I can't imagine the courts allowing a copy of a document...
He was one of the few rappers that I could play his music around my Mom and children . He had some really good beats , great acting , he was funny and a nice guy . RIP Brother 🙏
It's a sad shame when GREED, is in the heart of some people. He had a daughter and things should've been done in the best interest of her. His character was amazing‼️
It is a sad shame when greed is in the heart of some people call family
As soon as I seen that the brother produced a Will, it clicked in my head that's the shady family member. It's always the one closest to you that will get try to rip a person off.
I was in 6th grade when the BET awards first premiered. I've seen all of them. The best moments are always the surprise guest. I was sitting right in front of the TV when he came out on stage and it truly was one of the top 3 moments in the program's history. The first cassette tape I ever popped was Heavy D I got nothing but luv. I was really hurt when he passed cause it felt like he was getting a much needed resurgence. After the performance radio stations were playing his old joints. Then The Overweight Lova left us😔😔😔😔
PEACE! Yes @ "I got nothing but LOVE for you!"
I agree I was not expecting that when he came out
I love how this is a gossip video just like all the others but the voice makes it seem like a legitimate documentary. 😂❤
This isn't gossip. It's facts based on court documents 😃
I loved Heavy-D...such a great artist and producer. RIP 🙏🏾 🕊
Thank you RRG for coming through on Christmas Eve.
Merry Christmas, Domonique! Thanks for watching ❤
Domonique you are gorgeous! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
@@damion30 Thank you 😊
Yeah Heavy D produced "fill it in the air" Beanie Sigel's best music to me
@@darrellgraham3990 Oh nice! Didnt know that. 🙌🏾
Grew up with listening and watching this beautiful human. Always marveled at how smooth and light he was on his feet, as well as just exuding goodness. RIP Heavy D.
I met Heavy D doing security at his 2million dollar Beverly hills apartment.. the man is legit and was playing Tupacs Hail Mary inside of his Range Rover. He is the truth and has a great sense of humor. Rest in love to the Heavyweights lover Heavy D. Long live Heavy D 🙏🏿💙 🕊
Give Heavy D his acting credit for Living Single he deserves it. He brought a new vibe to the show.
It's always the closest to you who will do you in over money even if it's a small or big amount! R.i.p heavy
Good for Antonia!!!
*Give Thanks* for her stepping in and checking on *Heavy’s* finances.
It’s a shame how *D I R T Y some family members will do after a Loved one’s passed on!!!*
*Rest In Power, Heavy D.*
The will was drafted right before the daughter was born. Very convenient indeed...
I work at an attorney's office and you'd be surprised what pops up. This situation isn't strange at all.
Heavy D contributed positively to Hip-hop. I have always loved his music
Real reality gossip I wish you, your team all viewers a merry Christmas and above all a prosperous and healthy new year!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too! ❤
Thanks! Same to you 😁
❤️❤️
Loved Heavy no cussing all positivity. Gone too soon
You learn something on here everyday,in Jamaican and I didn’t even know he was Jamaican
One of the truest rap artists with a versatile flow on every subject. So, missed!
RRG gang in the house!! Thanks for the video as always!! Merry Christmas to all an hope everyone is happy, loved, an safe!! Love you RRG!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too! ❤
When I tell you this was probably my first big boy crush! I used to watch his videos on repeat as a teen. What a positive force he was in rap. Gone too soon. 💔
R.I.P Heavy D. Great video and Happy holidays to you and your family 🌲❤🙏🏿
Thank you for watching and Happy Holidays to you too ❤
Big Daddy will always be one of my favorite Heavy D songs. I grew up listening to Heavy D as a child growing up in the 80's and 90's having been born in the late 70's. Heavy D will always be a part of my childhood, and I plan on having Big Daddy playing at my upcoming wedding whenever my wife and I finally tie the knot. RIP Heavy D.....one of the greats.
Honestly, as much as I miss the most talked about deceased rappers (Biggie and 2Pac), Heavy D is the one I miss the most. Great lyrics, flow and dance moves. Dwight Myers will NEVER be forgotten. 😔🙏🏾♥️🕊️
I think I'm the only person who never liked Tupac or Biggie.
Heavy D was definitely a good rapper good actor good father Well missed
Black coffee ☕🥄. No sugar or cream. RIP.👑📻
Heavy D was a classy guy. I loved his music because it made people feel good.
People need to make sure they have all of their financial papers in order. You just never know who will end up managing your assets.
Facts
My dad took care of his business before he passed away. I'm the only kid & my dad was widowed. Anyhow my dad's brother was trying to profit off his passing & kept harassing me.

We LOVED his BET performance! He is missed 😔 Merry Christmas to you too ❤
Heavy D was my moma favorite rapper. She always smiled and laugh when she saw Heavy D. She loved him. Now she's watching him perform in heaven. RIP to Heavy and my mom.
Merry Christmas to all of you. I pray this holiday gives you joy and peace of mind. Great video as always. Rest In Peace heavy.

He was an ICON!!! It was so sad when I learned of his passing!!! 😰😰😰
Good night RRG! This video cheers me up he was a positive person in the music industry RIP heavy D
I had the biggest crush on Heavy D. He could dance and I thought it was so cool when he’d say “diddly diddly dee” 😅 When he debuted Monifah I immediately became a fan of hers too. My heart broke when he passed. I’m curious why he never married the mother of his daughter although I’m not judging. Rest his soul. One of the last great artist no doubt.
I actually met Heavy D in Mt Vernon NY back in 1990.He is very down to earth and personable. ❤
(The Ville) my 2nd home...S Columbus Av., Bedford Av., Pease St. 4th St. Park, Wilsons Woods Park, Sandford Blvd. 4th Av. 3rd & 3rd Gramatan Av. Hartley Park all that
@@kennethmapp1385 Gramatan and 3rd Avenue used to be my hangout. I loved Mt Vernon Would also shop at Cross County mall l think it was called.l actually danced with Aaron Hall at one of the night clubs. BUT I lived in Yonkers
I always wanted to meet him. When he died I was actually sad. One of the first celebrities I was hurt that died.
This brother put me and thousands of big guys like me ON THE MAP in college! RIP HEAVSTA!🙏🏾
He is so wrong for taking from that mans daughter🤦♀️ Ine of my FAVS from my teenage years in the 90’s, rest well Heavy D🙏🏼
Karma never loses an address
In my years of living Ive always found that. it always be the ones closest to you that start to feel entitled. When all the while the truth is. They believe the lie that inevitably becomes their reality of becoming a liar, and a thief. Then they play the victim because again..They felt entitled. Now..His brother lied and stole from his freaking daughter..Crazy..Heavy D would have never thought that his own brother would do such a thing. Sad..
Man I can remember when I first heard of heavy D. I think it was 1986 or 87. Mr. Big stuff!
I’m rough and tough and all that stuff I’ll make dance and prance until you huff and puff there is just no way you can get enough of me yo mr big stuff!! RIP bro! ✌🏾
He had great energy and seemed like a kind person. When he was alive there wasn't any bad publicty with him.
He was a genuine gentleman & had positive energy
Heavy at the door so there will be no bum rushing
Heavy D moved like a slim dude. Great entertainer and the boys.
This is so heartbreaking. Family can be so grimmy! I've through something similar
There’s only ONE rapper my grandma loved and it was HEAVY D. I remember when I told my grandma that “Heavy D And The Boys” was preforming on “Soul Train” she was waiting for him 🤣 in front of the television. May Heavy D and Bessie May Anderson RIP
Edit: Can I say that the video “Narrator” has a very very beautiful voice
My favorite Heavy D line is, So make a little room here comes Big daddy big like a truck satisfying like a Caddy many are called but chosen are a few, and all I wanna know is it good to you. Rest in Peace Heavy D
You gotta watch out for them shady family members! They be the biggest haters 💯
I agree. Main reason why im home solo. I love them all but the toxicities and hateration I see especially against me makes it hard to be around. Much love to you all!
Yes, for sure because people mainly only care about themselves. So sad.
@@Beaudful6 Yes sister! I sooo AGREE!We all can be selfish sometimes/ at times; however, im the type of person that apologies when im wrong bc i feel u should know when you've done wrong. Some people are in denial and become defensive. Ill rather keep my distance at this point. #Protecting my peace!
RIGHT!!!IT BE YA OWN PEOPLE!🤦🏽♀️
Slick too
I miss Heavy D. He was proud to be big , proud to be a dad, proud to be a husband/bf and proud to be a rapper. He wasn't these coked up, thug rappers who had 16 kids by 16 women, he was just a father, a rapper and a positive role model. I remember people called him the fat Will Smith, because at the time where gangsta rap was flourishing, he still kept it "family friendly" so to speak.
I do gotta give it up to heavy though he had some of the most bangin hits in the late 80s early 90s and he could dance too lol so yeah you can't say the late 80s early 90s without saying Heavy D facts 💯
💯
My senior year in high school Heavy D and the boyz had one of the best hip hop albums during that time . Around 88/89. He was a positive rapper who transitioned into acting . What is terrible is that he died way to soon . Rest in heaven Heavy D. So sad .
Let’s not forget he was on Living Single as well….💜💜💜
you’re very Beautiful
Grew up listening to Heavy D & the boys. Remember when Troy fell off the stage and died. Both gone too soon 💕
Heavy D would not be happy with that at all. I'm happy it's going to get straightened out for his beautiful daughter. I still listen to Heavy D when I work out 💪🏽🤜🏽🤛🏽❤️ Peaceful Journey
Let’s not forget he also made an appearance on Tales from the Crypt too.
Yessss…Happy Holidays RRG! ❤️

Like his daughter stated. Her daddy is there watching her back
I cried so hard when this King died! That's my daughter's birthday, but I was brokenhearted knowing Heavy passed. I was a fan from day one and when I spit his Self Destruction verse, I get chills.
Miss this Dude! Total class act yawdy 🇯🇲

As a fellow big man..... He was an idol of mine... Helped me learn to dance..... And helped me learn to be comfortable in my own skin. Heavy D is top 20 all time in my book... But he's in my personal top 5
